We ship across New Zealand. Delivery options and costs are shown clearly at checkout based on your location and order size.
How fast is delivery?
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your region and the carrier. All "in stock with supplier" items are shipped directly from the supplier
Can I click & collect?
Yes. You can select Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our Rolleston location once it’s ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options displayed at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in “as new” condition. Some items, including electrical products and special orders, are excluded. See full policy wording here
